Bleu De Laqueuille (France)
This robust blue, reminiscent of Bleu d'Auvergne, is a bit salty and full-bodied with
a creamy blue paste.
Morbier, (France)
Named after the Village Morbier, The cheese has a natural brine washed – rind and is matured
for four months. The cheese has an ivory colored semi soft interior and a mild creamy flavour.
