Here are his tasting notes:  "They've done a pretty good job here.  Tastes good, has textural interest and drinks well. Tick tick tick.  Boom. Nashi pear, light chalky texture, fruit sweetness pared back with some earth and dried herb flavours and a clean finish with good length - some perfume and grip to close.  Excellent."
