RATINGS & REVIEWS
2023 Ballarat Wine Show - Trophy
92 Points, Stuart Knox, The Real Review - 'Medium to full ruby colour. Dark cherry, undergrowth and sage aromatics. Dark fruits on entry, hints of smoked meat and dry woody herbs. Good drive and great persistence with fine tannins ensuring the whole palate flows long to the fanning finish'.
94 points, James Halliday, Halliday Wine Companion - 'Wild-yeast fermented, including a small addition of whole bunches; matured for 12 months in new and used French barriques. Tangy red berries with an edge raising questions about the final ripening, but the wine has very good length'.
